Counseling is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Every individual brings unique strengths, challenges, and life experiences that shape their journey. At OPE Counseling, services are grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and empowered.
Adolescent Counseling
Adolescence is a time of significant emotional, social, and personal development. Counseling provides a supportive space for adolescents to explore their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and navigate challenges associated with growing independence.
Adult Counseling
Whether you are navigating mental health concerns, difficult experiences, relationships, professional stress, or life changes, counseling offers an opportunity to explore your needs, reconnect with your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
Seeking counseling is a personal decision, and there is no single path toward growth or healing. Together, we can build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration, creating space to explore possibilities and make choices that align with your values.

Investing in Your Well-Being
Accessing counseling should begin with clear, transparent information about the cost of services.
Private Pay
Individual counseling sessions are $150 for a 50-55 minutes session. The session fee remains the same if a client chooses to end the appointment early.

OPE Counseling is in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance providers. Insurance plans will be listed as credentialing is completed and participation becomes effective.
Until then, private-pay appointments are available.
Once insurance participation is established, out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on individual insurance benefits, including copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Questions About Payment?
Questions about rates, insurance, or payment options are always welcome. Understanding the financial aspects of counseling is an important part of making an informed decision about care.

Starting counseling can feel exciting, overwhelming, or even a little intimidating, especially if you're unsure what to expect. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing.
Before Your First Session
You will be asked to complete intake paperwork, which you will have the opportunity to review and complete before your appointment. These forms help me better understand your needs and provide important information about counseling services, confidentiality, and practice policies.
During Your First Session
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brought you to counseling, explore any concerns or challenges you're experiencing, and begin identifying your goals for therapy.
I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, background, and what you hope to gain from counseling. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach, the counseling process, or anything else that may be on your mind.
You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We will work together to identify where you'd like to begin and what meaningful progress might look like for you.
After Your First Session
As we continue working together, we'll develop an individualized approach that reflects your needs, strengths, and goals. Counseling is a collaborative process, and we'll regularly check in about what's working, what may need to change, and how you're progressing.
My hope is that you leave our sessions with greater insight, practical tools, and confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
